Our pensions advisory business provides a dedicated financial advisory service. Following The Pensions Act 2004, trustees are expected to obtain independent financial advice, particularly when assessing funding risk, the sponsor covenant and the impact of proposed or potential transactions
We provide clear advice, recommendations and practical assistance to trustees, including:
  •   ensuring that the trustees are positioned for material
corporate events which may impact on funding
  •
   analysis of the impact of transactional events and balance sheet restructurings on the company covenant

   assessments and advice in relation to solvency and funding risk
